Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If the return is due to our reasons, such as the goods received being damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Our warehouse is located in Asia, so be aware of potential shipping costs and strict customs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $35 and $60.

Returns are only eligible for a full refund if sent using a Track & Trace code. Due to strict customs, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns or failed deliveries.

We will only accept returns if the item(s) arrive(s) in its original state.

Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive your return in the correct condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 30 business days.
